Primary framing members shall be extruded aluminum 1 1/4" square tube with .090 wall thickness. The lower 48" of all partitions shall be covered with .080 aluminum sheet. The upper portion shall be continuously welded by the inner gas-shield method. All aluminum shall be high strength, corrosion-resistant, 6000 series alloy. All hardware shall be high-chrome, high-nickel 300 series, stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. All aluminum oxide shall be removed by blasting with glass-shot.
The lower 48" of the panel shall be solid construction and the upper portion shall be rod type. Basic frame shall be 1 1/4" square grooved tube 6061-T6 extruded aluminum, not less than .090 in thickness. Rods shall be 3/8" diameter on 1 1/2" centers. Rectangular bar, .200 x 1 1/4" shall be placed no greater than ever 10" to give added strength and rigidity. Sheet shall be .80, 6061-T6 alloy and joined to the panel frame by fitting into grove and sealed by a vinyl strip.* A special adjustable vinyl seal mechanism shall be attached to lower frame to prevent cross-contamination of urine and feces.
Gate shall be framed with 1 1/4" square aluminum tubes and enclosed with 3/8" rods on 1 1/2" centers. The upper two-thirds of the gate shall be braced every 10" with .200 x 1 1/4" flat bar. The lower third of the gate shall be braced every 5" for additional strength. All gates shall be hinged by the pivotal method. A 3/8" x 3" into a 1" square aluminum bar with the gate.
A 1 1/4" x 1/2" high density polyethylene washer shall be used to prevent friction between the gate frame and the gate. The door latch shall be of 300 series stainless steel with provisions for locking.
Raised flooring can be either vinyl coated expanded steel or aluminum, fiberglass slatted flooring or high density polyethylene flooring.
Vinyl coated flooring shall be 9 gauge expanded metal braced every 16" with 3/8" x 1" flat bar turned on its edge. After fabrication the entire floor shall be coated 1/8" thick with a chemically treated vinyl. The vinyl acts as a soft, easy to clean surface while the chemical retards grown of bacteria and fungi.
Fiberglass flooring will have a 3/4" or 3/8" spacing between slats, shall be grey in color and have a fine, medium or coarse grit surface.
Poly flooring is a high impact virgin polypropylene material is made to interlock in kennel to prevent animals lifting floor sections. The floors provide a Thermal neutral warm surface for more comfort. The surface includes superior traction from high/low rib design.
Basic framing member shall be 1 1/4" 6063-T6 single grooved aluminum tube. The inner panel shall be of .080, 6061-T6 aluminum sheet fitted into the frame groove by means of a vinyl sheet.
Basic framing member shall be 1" square aluminum tube with 1/8" wall thickness and of 6063-T6 alloy. The attached within the frame shall be three .200 x 1 1/4" flat bars. Attached by stainless steel screws to these flat bars shall be 3/4" high density polyethylene. All aluminum frame legs shall be plugged with polyethylene to protect facility floors and prevent vermin from entering the tubes.
High-density polyethylene panels are available in place of aluminum panels.
